Lisa Skruck

Lisa Skruck is Senior Counsel at Stagg Wabnik Law Group. Lisa has extensive experience in labor and employment law, including all stages of litigation before state and federal courts. Her background includes representing plaintiffs as well as defendants in employment disputes. She is also experienced in drafting employee handbooks, employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements, and in providing businesses with day-to-day counseling regarding discipline, termination, disability accommodations, leaves of absence requests, and other employment law matters.

Lisa was graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law, where she served as an editor on the OSU Law Journal. Lisa was also selected for the ABA Moot Court Team. She received her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
